Cohen DeYoung founded Pulse Merch in 2012 after learning screen printing for his touring death metal band. With 13 years of industry experience, he oversees operations and design, combining creative expertise with technical knowledge to deliver high-quality custom merchandise.

What is your minimum order quantity for screen printing?
Our minimum order for screen printing is 24 pieces per design. We recommend 1-3 colors for this quantity but can handle more complex designs.
Can I provide my own garments for printing?
We typically don't allow customers to provide their own items to ensure quality control and replacement options if needed during production.
Do you offer design assistance?
Yes, our team can help create or refine your design to ensure it looks fantastic when printed. Just request a quote to get started.
What is your turnaround time?
Standard turnaround for screen printing is 10-15 business days from design approval and payment receipt.
What areas do you serve?

Cohen and his team are responsive and care tremendously about the end product. Communication is second to none in this industry and I've used at least 15 other printers prior to finding Cohen. Their design work has been incredible as well. To top it all off, I've never seen better quality screen prints. Save yourself the time and effort and look no further.

Pulse does some great work! Just follow his Instagram to see some of the work that he did for us. Our design for our Tee shirts was not exactly an easy one and used a lot of colors and was fairly intricate. Pulse kept me updated and even showed me some of the rough drafts before finally getting it perfected! Which was awesome. Thanks Cohen.

The whole process was easy and seamless. I gave some ideas of what I would like for some shirts, and I would get proofs back asking if thats how I would like it or anything would need to be changed until they were perfect! The shirts were even better in person, and were done very quickly! I would definitely recommend and purchase shirts or other items again!
